    Can anybody sponsor a tree?

Yes, a sponsor can be any person, company or organization.  For the $1,200 donation a tree will be lit.  Some people are interested in lighting a tree in memory of a special person.  The recognition banner can have any name displayed of your choice.

Are there partial sponsorships available so that I can be part of the project?

No, partial sponsorships are not available this year, 2014.  However, in the years ahead, partial sponsorships may be available.

Is it possible that more than 75 trees will be lit in 2014?

Yes, it is possible if there is enough interest in the first two weeks of November.

How do I know what tree is mine if I sponsor a tree?

Lit trees will not be designated to specific sponsors.   Your sponsorship allows for a tree along Big Beaver Road between Coolidge Hwy and Rochester Road to be lit.  There are over 200 evergreen trees and not all will be lit in 2014.  As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to have your photo taken with a tree.  That photo along with a Public Relations statement will be sent to you for your use in promoting your participation in this special project.

Why is the Troy Kiwanis Foundation doing this?

This is a community service project to showcase Troy as a thriving place to build a business and as a beautiful community to raise a family.  Also, to bring awareness to the good work done by Kiwanis and to attract new Kiwanis members from the business community.
